- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for Bookkeeping Services may vary depending on the type of services needed. For tax preparation, I normally start at a base price of $300 plus additional bank and form fees. However, bookkeeping services can range from $300 plus. For bookkeeping cleanup, my charge is $2400/ year. Any additional services will include added fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new client includes the following: Setting up a free Consultation virtually or in the office. Find out the needs of the clients. Advise the clients of my services Provide an overview of the features in Quickbooks and how it can help the clients business. Create a contract Bring the client on board
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BA in Accounting and obtained my Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification. I am also a Notary, which is an additional service I offer.
