Friendly, easy to talk to and deal with and very willing to help any way he can. Also very informative about the problems that plague the yard. Above and beyond everything, very honest and not pushy.

Mr. Hitt was polite and very knowledgeable. The crew was on time and removed the trees and large limbs as requested and did not leave any debris behind.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our typical job consists of one or more technical tree removals as well as some trimming . Coming into the fall season, we do a lot of trimming away from the house to keep pests out. A good time to have tree work done is before you get your yard aerated for the season.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First off, make sure that you are dealing with a Class A tree service. Check and see that they have both Liability Insurance and Workman's Comp. Also ask for some local references that you can call or drive by and see their work. The biggest thing you need to know and remember is that in this industry, "Cheaper doesn't mean better, it's just cheaper!!"
