- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always based on the hourly rate for the Virtual Assistant's skill level needed to do the job. Prices can can range from $12.50 an hour to $55 an hour. these prices are provided based on hourly needs or monthly retainers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since COVID, most companies have had to reassess their process and the "work from home option", Cornerstone SBCG was ahead of their time as this has always been the option for our members. All processes start with a virtual or in-person meeting with our Business Consultants, they then discuss current systems and process, then set the workflow, cost, needed systems for productivity and who then assign a virtual assistant to help execute the plan or work with the team that is already within the company. Clients have the option to request changes as they see the need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reviewing, training, and purchasing the latest of programs, tool, and resources that assist all consultants and virtual assists with managing the needs of every customer individually, and using it to educate and train the clients as well. I follow the trends of the companies I assist and some personal interests as well. I like to know what the world is doing.
