JOE WAS AMAZING!!!! So he came out and did the inspection and addressed my concerns. He then pointed out other potential issues and gave me an estimate. He also walked me through what he did, almost like I was in HVAC school. These guys even offer a membership to come check your unit every 6 months and keep it up and working for only a few bucks a month.

I began the painful process of finding someone to replace my broken HVAC system. I was getting the typical response until I reached Rachel at Comfort. Within a day, she sent me four detailed alternatives along with scheduling and financing options. I have a brother in Detroit with a lifetime of experience in HVAC. He was very very impressed with the solutions and pricing offered. Two days later, the Comfort installers, Greg and Jimmy did the installation. Not only was it timely and flawless, both guys were so friendly and helpful, making certain I understood all I needed to know. Bottom line: Hiring Comfort and working with Rachel, Greg and Jimmy was a win/win/win for me. 100% satisfied

My AC stopped working abruptly. They had a cancellation and were able to see me within 24 hours. Joe was the technician who came to check on my AC. Fortunately, it was an easy fix. While he was here, Joe also made a minor adjustment that will make changing my air filters significantly easier. I appreciated the extra hack that will make my life easier. Joe was also professional and wore shoe covers inside my home. Would work with this company again if I have heating or air issues in the future!
