Mr. Curtis reviewed a project and provided a price for deck repair, pressure washing and painting. Agreed to pay him what he asked for the job. He cancelled scheduled work start dates and never communicated in advance. Cancelled last time after materials he requested had been purchased. Never initiating communication before canceling and seemingly immature or inconsiderate about business.
