- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a retainer and a signed contract up front to reserve a date. Both of these can be easily completed online. I also offer no interest payment plans with an easy, auto-pay option!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work very hard to ensure my clients are not only happy but thrilled about their end product. I deliver photos within just a couple of weeks of the session date at the most and usually even sooner! I do 100% of the editing myself, to ensure a personal and consistent result, and if you ever have any issues, you'll have my number and can reach me personally. I pride myself on having only 5-star reviews, and I will always go above and beyond for every single one of my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for business, then was initially mentored by two phenomenal photographers, who poured into me a wealth of knowledge. From there, I took multiple classes on lighting and how to properly use my equipment and editing, etc. I'm always continuing education to learn more about my craft.
