- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
GROOMING PRICES - Base price for any breed for mobile generally starts at $65 (Chihuahua's for example would be less of course, approx. $40,) however exceptions are made. Prices are based on breed, last time groomed, condition of dog/cat, age, weight, temperament, groom time, cut, multiple pets, and special needs. PET WALKING - $30.00 FOR A 30 MIN. WALK PET SITTING (IN MY HOME ONLY) - $5.00 AN HOUR PET BOARDING (IN MY HOME ONLY) - $35.00 A DAY.....SPECIAL RATES FOR WEEKLY/WEEKENDS/AND MULITPLE PETS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we discuss the needs for the animal over the phone, an appt. is made. I will text an eta when on my way. We will go over some paperwork, then together for the 1st time only (approx. 10 minutes to go over -- 1 front leg, 1 rear leg, head, face, body, and tail,) we will go over your furbabies needs and precise haircut, style, and length, so that you are 100% satisfied and also this way, you won't have to take any time for future appt.'s, as I will know exactly what you want already. This is yet another convenience of Mobile grooming, there are too many to list!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to an accredited school in Nj -- Anita's Wags to Riches. It is a hands on 150 hours - learning/training certified program. I graduated with honors! I worked in a salon for 2 weeks and decided to start my own business, hence, the Groovy Groomer was born almost 7 years ago! I originated in Nj, then got established in N. Ga., and now I have made Douglasville my permanent home and am in the process of getting established and growing here! I am very good at what I do and come HIGHLY recommended! It will be my honor to be chosen by you and your furbaby!
