- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fixed based on services rendered. No discounts offered. Additional fees for excess travel may be required (travel beyond 50 miles one-way of 30135 zip code).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an introductory meeting to determine the needs of the parties. Once this is done, I follow up with them on our meeting and put together some preliminary plans for services to be rendered. Finalize service plan. Then execute service plan according to customer desires.
