- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees, everything is included in the hourly price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact each other over phone and discuss the upcoming move. Give an estimate based on the information that is provided at that point or schedule an in-home estimate if preferred. Set a time, date and the service you require and we put you on the schedule to move. We then call a day or two before as a follow up to make sure everything is still good to go. Once we arrive we go over a bill of Ladin form, an addendum of valuation form and provide a brochure about your rights and responsibilities as a customer. All which is required by the state and federal government.
