Arick and Miguel came out to perform routine maintenance. Inspected my two indoor and outdoor systems for cooling. They tested everything and provided pictures along with recommendations on components that are slightly outside of range. Their knowledge and quality of server was top-notch... will be using them again in the future.

We had a couple of issues that Zen corrected. First, our ductwork was not sized correctly by the builder of our 5-year-old home, so the additional pressure in the system wore out our blower motor over time, unbeknownst to us. We had to have a bypass installed to correct the initial problem, along with a new blower motor.Everyone we dealt with at Zen Air was great to work with and we are very happy with the final product. The cost was reasonable as well.Would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

We have used Zen Air for 5 years. I recently referred a friend because I know Zen air is quick to arrive, reasonable in cost, and reliable to fix the problems. She called and as I expected a technician arrived very quickly. What I didnt realize is the excellent beyond air/heat repair. I got a text that the Zen air technician decided to check all her gas sources. He found a carbon monoxide leak that was significantly coming into their home. Had this not been found, the whole family would be gone. Thank you Zen air for ALWAYS doing a great job! This is the unit they put into our place.
