FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees listed apply to general notary work (e.g., single document signings for personal, school, or employment purposes). Our rates are based on the type of document, location, and urgency of your request. Once we confirm the details, we’ll provide a clear quote and let you know what to bring — such as a valid ID and any required documents or witnesses. To reserve your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. This will be applied toward your total service fee. What’s included in general service pricing: • Travel within 5 miles • Mobile notary service (1 document, 1 signer) • ID verification and signature check Additional fees may apply for: • Travel beyond 5 miles ($2/mile) • Same-day, weekend, or after-hours appointments • Urgent or last-minute bookings • Witnesses provided by our team (billed separately) Note: Services like estate planning, powers of attorney, apostille requests, or loan documents are considered specialty services and are quoted separately based on: • Document volume • Prep or wait time • Travel or delivery requirements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple, clear, and convenient. When a new customer reaches out, we start by confirming the type of document, location, and any time-sensitive needs. We then provide a clear quote and walk you through what to prepare — including ID requirements, witnesses (if needed), and signing instructions. Once confirmed, we travel to your home, office, hospital, or care facility. At the appointment, we verify ID, complete the notarization, and ensure all paperwork is signed properly and securely. Questions? We're happy to guide you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed advanced notary training focused on Georgia notarial laws, apostille processing, estate planning documents, and I-9 verification procedures. I also stay up to date with continuing education to ensure I provide accurate, reliable service — especially when handling sensitive paperwork like powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and legal affidavits. My background includes working directly with families, professionals, and healthcare providers, which helps me bring both precision and compassion to every appointment.
