Hired on Thumbtack

He was on time and got the job done at my office location so I invited him to do some work at home. E explained exactly what needed to be done and he said he could. He came by, spent an hour and realized it wasn’t as simple. He charged us for an hour. Wasn’t too happy paying for services not being done. I would have preferred he charged a service fee of $25.
