DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I recently sold my house, closed on 5/29/15. The closing was a dissaster. The HUD1 was incorrect, a second HUD1 form was not agree to by all parties, so the original was used because it was easier to fix. At some point the unsigned HUD1 was processed. Through this time neither I or my real estate agent have been able to get responses from the firm, and as of today 5 business days later my mortgage has not recieved a payoff. The level of service and professionalism at this firm is repulsive. In the future I would rather not sell my house than deal with these bumbling fools. Additionaly, I believe submitting an unsigned HUD1 may be illegal. I am also filing a formal greivance with the state bar association. If you see Dickason Law, say no, RUN AWAY!

Mark, I was not the closing Attorney nor was I involved in the closing itself. I was brought in at the brokers request the following Monday because he is a friend of mine and asked me to help the situation.
