- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a free roof inspection to determine the cause of damage, if any. If the customer wants to have their roof covered by the insurance, we help them from the start to make sure they are treated fairly. We guide our customer through the process to make it as smooth as possible for them. We also provide estimates for those who rather pay out of pocket and not have their insurance involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, insurance, and proudly GAF certified in both residential and commercial roof replacements.
