I own Greenwise Electric and currently contract with Andrea to do my weekly payroll (10 employees), do my bank and credit card statements, provide reports, and write my checks when needed. We have an office computer that she logs into each time she needs to work. She is very efficient and gets the work completely quickly, and is always there to answer any questions I may have when I am working in the books. She has exceptional knowledge and even handles my yearly income taxes. I have been working with her for three years and will definitely keep using her for all my accounting needs. She is dedicated, honest, hard-working, and has high ethics to keep company information confidential. She has even gone out of her way to complete last minute tasks quickly for me to have the information I need for meetings. I would highly recommend Andrea for any tasks that you want or need to have completed and I feel that her pricing is more than fair and feel that you will be as pleased as I have been. Andrea has been working for me for almost 10 years and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. She has made my life so much easier as not only does she handle everything in my office but I have turned over my personal finances to her as well. She put into effect that I needed to have two personal accounts, one that is only used to pay my bills and the other account is used for our daily purchases. This has helped to eliminate NSF fees and late payments due our overspending and has kept my credit in good standing. I am a general contractor and we build high end homes ranging from $1M to $7M per home, so it is nothing to her to prepare monthly payment applications, prepare reports, write all checks, has even saved us money by putting ACH in effect to quickly pay vendors deposits or interim billing, does payroll and pays the payroll taxes, and ensures that all subs are compliant with our insurance policies so come audit time, we don't incur additional expenses. This also enabled us to qualify for a premium insurance policy that has saved us more than $6,000 a year for the last four years. She prepares necessary financial reports for me so we can review profits or losses per project, helps with obtaining needed estimates so we can prepare a budget to a homeowner, and provide them with quality reports with our payment requests. I have known for quite sometime that she has her own business and she is a great multi-tasker to accomplish my needs as well as others quickly and efficiently. One thing that is so great about her is her willingness to work late at night with me so we can gets bidding reports, letters, and references into an organized package for potential clients. She has even spent her personal time putting together a brochure package of our work to give to the potential clients so they can review previous homes that we have built while they are reviewing our project bid. I fully recommend her services as she has really been a great asset to me and do not intend to let her leave as she is a valuable asset to my business as well as personally. I have no issue with her continuing her own business as she keeps all information confidential. My brother in law also uses her and she won't even discuss his business financials with me after I relinquished my shares. She is well worth her weight in gold. You would be wise to at least give her a chance as you will see how much of an asset she will become to you and your company.

I hired Andrea about a month ago and she has been a real go getter. She has managed to get me going in the right direction and show me the best way to be able to tell if I am making a profit on my business and how much. I didn't think much about putting my truck and trailer in my books as something that I can use for depreciation and other expenses. I put her on as a signer on my account and now she does my payroll for the guys, makes sure the taxes are paid when they should be, and helps me to get the discounts on invoices that I have not been taking. She has really helped to get going correctly and now I can spend more time in the field and talking to customers. I would definitely recommend her for any Bookleeping job you may have. I know she has done wonders for me

Andrea is a wonderful bookkeeper for us. When we started our business, she was able to set up out books, track our expenses per job so we could see profits or losses on each job. She does our payroll and sales tax reports and makes sure they are paid on time. she has such high ethics and is very homes and we have had her as a signer on our bank accounts so we wouldn't have to stop to write checks. We frequently go over reports of what we owe and what people owe us, and coordinate what bills to be sent out and when so there is no questions. She is a great asset to our company and would be to others as well.
