I was desperate when my fridge wouldn’t keep my food cold. Malcolm came and fixed my fridge in no time! He was very knowledgeable and got right to the problem. I would highly recommend Malcolm!!!

The technician, Malcolm, was hired to repair the refrigerator at my store. I was charged $250 for a replacement part and the fridge still does not work. I contacted Malcolm the following day to notify him of that and he told me he would be back out to fix it. The entire work day went by and I hadn’t heard from him. I then called him & he apologized and said he would be back out the next day, which is today. I haven’t heard from him all day and I’ve called and left two voicemails. This is highly unprofessional and I have now spent $250 for absolutely nothing.
