His initial diagnosis and so call repair did not fix my dryer (I believe he gave the wrong diagnosis). Once he realize his initial repair did not fix the issue he gave a second diagnosis, in which he stated he needed to order the part, once received he would contact me to repair my dryer. Needless to say after paying him $125 for the wrong diagnosis and so call repair (that did not work), I never heard from him again. I researched what my issue could be, ordered the parts and changed them myself (with the help of YouTube) and now my dryer is working. I do not mind paying for something if I get the service that I am paying for. I truly believe that I did not get the right diagnosis , therefore wasting $125.

I would give 2 Stars but he did repair my washer Due to appliances being over priced right now I opted to repair my washer My washer needed a bolt and screw to hold washing component down in the middle a quick fix His fee to come out was 75$ which was ok because that was supposed to be applied to the repair I'm thinking a bolt and screw should be no more than 25$ So 100$ max This man tells me that it doesn't work that way once on site He says basically he only bills at a 2 hour minimum and that parts were never included this bill Quickly jumped toward 200$ RIP OFF he said he'll be right back and that he would throw in a tub wash in he would also could do a one time flat fee of 150$ since I DID NOT AGREE WITH FEES TO REPAIR He finished later than he said and no tub wash was done He was super nice but those prices and repair time are a 👎🏾4 Me You should post your 2 hr min with billing policy

Our diagnostic can solve on first call and jobs can be completed with 1 hour minimum. Unfortunately your repair was a specialty parts replacement and I had to travel 80 miles to fix the device in the same day. We go the extra Mile(literally) with our services and a 2 hour price break can be a benefit we extend to our customers. Thank you for patronizing Reliance Appliance.
