Donovan was responsive (even during the holidays) and eager to assist. He was able to cover 2 varied tasks (patching ceiling drywall and swapping a kitchen sink out) easily while addressing problems that arose swiftly and creatively. When installing my new sink he discovered I had the wrong drain and that the new drains were closer than the previous sink. This involved a home depot run and shortening the pvc pipes under the sink. He was open to communication about all aspects of the job, the cost of his services and cost of supplies. I was on a tight budget and only needed help to the point that I could then finish things myself--so I am doing the recoat on my ceiling to save him coming for another trip. He was on the job with me for about 6 hours today. I would hire him again if he were in New Orleans!
