Dionis and his team painted our whole house prior to move-in. Overall he was very kind and worked toward meeting our expectations on the paint job. However, I will say that painting is not their main expertise! The price was very good, so we went with their quote. But the final product was a bit sloppy. We have drips of paint all over the edges and floors of our home, several erroneous paint spots on walls and bathroom fixtures, and rough places where the wall meets the ceiling. Dionis was upfront before beginning the project that their main work is pressure washing, but said they had a former painter on their team who would oversee our painting project. They are trying to build up additional skills they can do beyond pressure washing, so we were a bit of a Guinea pig on the painting skill. I think the issue was trying to use workers who have never painted before to do some detailed work. Dionis and his main painter did come back twice to touch up a few places for us, but you don’t really see the true product of a full home paint job until you’re living in it daily. We may hire Dionis for some pressure washing in future! We had no problem working and communicating with him, and would recommend him and his business overall. Just be clear and careful about what your expectations ahead of time. (And ask them to please use drop cloths throughout the space while painting!!) I’m sure he will do his best to meet those if he can.

From my initial inquiry I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Because we are also working with a kitchen contractor, collaboration was required. So for, so good. We had to halt the painting until our kitchen cabinets are completed. We had popcorn ceiling removed and ceiling repainted in our hallway, foyer, small bath and kitchen. Also we had wallpaper removed from our kitchen walls. Dionis is very understanding and has kept communication open. We are very pleased
