FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many options available for any project in your home that it's hard to have a standard pricing system. That is why I always like to speak to the customer and meet them so that I can physically see the project and go over all options available before giving a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to speak to the customer before I give an estimate. I want to make sure I completely understand what the customer is wanting and that we are on the same page so that I can give an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training has been hands on training. Some learned and some self taught. I grew up with parents who loved flipping houses and I was always there helping and learning. In high school I worked for The Gallery of Doors and Windows as their delivery/repair person, and working the past 10 years in public safety I have worked with a lot of guys who do this same type work so I would work with them on our off days learning the trade.
