- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tailored pricing to provide solutions that are customized to your specific needs. We have a range of service packages, including CFO, Accountant, and Bookkeeper, designed to support your business's growth and provide you with peace of mind every month. These packages can include services such as transaction categorization, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and various advisory services. We also offer additional options for services like payroll and business tax return preparation. For requests that fall outside the scope of your selected package, an hourly rate applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is designed to ensure a great fit. It begins with an initial inquiry or "Discovery" session to understand your needs and is followed by a "Deep Dive diagnostic," a high-level review of your financial records and processes to spot inefficiencies and potential risks. Once we decide we are a good fit, we begin the onboarding process to properly integrate you into our secure, cloud-based systems.
