Outstanding customer service and incredible product knowledge. Mobile Txprtz helped me get a BlackBerry up and running for my work emails with no problem. I had a few questions and frequented the store a few times this week and they were able to help me troubleshoot every question I had. I work in customer service/sales and it was awesome being treated the same way I am expected to treat my own customers. As long as I work in the area, I will turn to them first for all of my tech needs.

My Galaxy S4 topb screen was shattered. They replaced the glass but, I noticed after leaving the store that my screen required some harder pressing on the screen for results. Within 2 weeks my screen broke again and to my amazement there was no glue on the screen at all. To repair the phone properly it has to have loca glue applied between the digitizer and the top layer screen. They say that they are certified technitions but, you did not fix my phone the proper way at all. Needless to say don't waste your time here go somewhere else.

They broke my galaxy s 4 and did not refund me and did not get me another LCD screen. Improperly installed the screen. Now I have to go to another and more professional company to do it rite. Even when I said when I get it fixed and prove to you its stil the screen they said no refund period.

Our company offers a 30 day warranty on all our repairs. When your phone was repaired, it was working 100% and was tested by you before leaving our store. I am sorry you feel this way 6 months after the repair, although we did offer to diagnose your phone free of charge.

What's the point in diagnosing my phone if your not going to fix it or give me a refund . plus why would I let you touch my phone after you failed at it twice. Plus I know you returned a bad review to me even though I've never serviced you.

My advice to a customer hiring a cell phone technician, is to chose a professional. Many people have tried doing cell phone repair as a hobby. You need to chose a person that is educated in what they are doing.
