I had the pleasure of working with Carlos and his company, he was referred to me by another contractor, it speaks volumes and says a lot about your work and you as a person when another contractor refer you out, I was told I would not be disappointed, that he was the best and I was told right, the detail on the tile and floor is amazing, BEAUTIFUL!!!, I am still waiting on items to be shipped that I want to put in my bathroom so I haven't used it, simply gorgeous, very easy to contact, very professional, will definitely use him again and will refer him out to anyone looking for any type of home repair or remodel, he does it all

Carlos with 3M Renovations is excellent. We used him for a fireplace rehab. He's very professional yet family-oriented. He was really personable and attentive. He provided us with many options and was very patient with all the questions we had prior to the project. He provided us with top-notch service and a quality product. His proposal was also reasonable. Lastly, he was punctual and communicated well during the duration of the project.

I discount projects for repeat customer always.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process consists of initial phone/email communication, then within the customers time frame, we meet for an in person consultation. That’s where I take all information needed for design and construction of whatever the project is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of on the job experience working under another contractor. He was a master carpenter and certified HVAC tech, he also obtained his engineering degree and taught me pretty much everything I know.
