We consider the customers budget, costs of material & travel distance. We have alternate services in place to save the customers money & time. We do our best to supply the best material for long lasting & permanent repairs. Some repairs are simple & if we discover it through a virtual call, we will walk you through the repair & save you thousands!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess your issues or concerns & assign the best tech to your account. Every new customer that creates an account will have access to discounts & free service calls. The account allow us to service you better and keep track of previous repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are certified & insured. Most of our technicians are small business owners as well that partner with us for new business.
