Introduction
My name is Clayton Thomas. I began my career in Health & Fitness back in 2012. Upon graduating with my Bachelors Degree in the Health & Fitness Management program (based on ACSM standards) from Clayton State University, I began personal training and teaching group fitness classes. I have worked in both private and commercial fitness centers across Georgia. I obtained my AFAA Certifications as a Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Kickboxing Specialist. Over the last decade I have consulted and serviced a variety of clientele spanning from professional sports and entertainment, as well as individuals who are in need of more specialized training. (rehabilitation, pre-post pregnancy, injury prevention etc.) I have the desire to educate people and help them gain a better understanding of how to apply exercise and nutrition to their own body.
