Introduction: Counseling for mental health, relationships, employment screening, anxiety, depression and recovery are a few of the things I do. I work with the client on a cognitive behavioral plan.
Clients learn to manage stress and develop coping strategies to gain control over their thoughts and behaviors while learning how to let go of what they can't control.
We start where the client is, set goals and work on behaviors to reach the goals. I teach my clients to to learn what they can control vs. what they can't control. Counseling is considered complete when the client reaches his or her goals.
