Non-refundable deposit: All projects require a 50% deposit upfront before beginning the project.
Cancellation: Both the client and designer can cancel the project at any time. Clients must provide five days’ notice via messaging and will lose their deposit, while the designer keeps ownership of all files. If the designer cancels, clients retain ownership of their files but also lose their deposit.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not issue refunds for any reason.

Tiffany and her husband was very nice and courteous on my big day. They were on time and the pictures came out beautifully. They captured things that I didn’t even see happening. I got them back in a timely manner and well before expected. Her price was reasonable and they were just so sweet.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make sure I offer both graphic design and photography services at an affordable price. I offer 2 pricing options:
1) Flat rates - This is the most commonly-requested option, and I honestly prefer this because I’d rather use the time to come up with ideas then worry about the time crunch.
2) Hourly rates - Sometimes a client would need a project ASAP, and I also like to work fast! It applies to the length of the discussion, giving the client full control to decide how much time they'd like to spend on each project. This would also be applied if we met through on-screen sessions or in-person to discuss your ideas, and then my work begins immediately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all my projects, I schedule an initial phone consultation with the client, or send a questionnaire. I also like to get the client to put together a Pinterest board for inspiration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve earned my BFA in graphic design from Eastern Illinois University, and my MFA from Indiana University. I’ve worked in both in-house and freelance projects. Make sure you check out my website, and you can find me on ********************
