I have the ability to see beauty and art in almost anything. I love bringing out the confidence in people and making them feel comfortable in their own skin. I also love capturing someone’s special moments. I’ve loved taking pictures since I was a kid. I used to get called Kodak in school. lol. I remember when I got my first digital camera and how it changed my life. I majored in Radio and Television broadcasting from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and while I was there I had a few photography classes. I feel in love with watching an idea come to life. From nothing to something.

LaBeaud photography was AMAZING to work with. We reached out on a whim and are so glad we did. Jaz and her father were not just amazing photographers, they are just all around awesome people. We got some amazing live shots of our band and can't wait to use them again when we are in the area. We will also be recommending them to any of our musician friends coming through the area. Do yourself a favor and HIRE them - you will not be disappointed!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I also studied Photography while I attended there.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a passion for photography and videography but always played it safe when it came to my career. I was a barber for 11 years and I had a great clientele and made great money but I wasn’t happy. So I took a leap of faith and faced my fears. And that’s what brought me to Thumbtack to build my clientele and build my portfolio.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently shot a concert for a tribute band called Tell Me Lies. It was my first time doing this kind of work. And I had a blast. And the photos came out amazing.
