Introduction: • Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name. • Ability to read and comprehend cleaning instructions indicated on customized service report and define specific uses of cleaning products. • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all required documentation. • Ability to effectively communicate with Team Captain and management to ensure that customer and internal expectations are met. • Ability to use hands for simple and firm grasping, as well as, ability to reach and handle equipment. • Required to walk, stand, climb, bend forward, kneel down, crawl, twist, wear a hip/backpack vacuum, push and pull objects, and move continuously during working hours. • Ability to perform repetitive arm movements, bending, and lifting of items during working hours. • Ability to lift, carry, and/or move 20 pounds of equipment in and out of an average of four (4) homes a day, but as many as six (6) homes a day.
