FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constant research through periodicals. I am looking into continued education focusing in the Health Services Nutrition and dietetics area as this is becoming more and more important to many people. We do have items available for customers in need of Gluten Free items, vegetarian items and vegan items.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Grandfather who came from Italy. He had 9 children. Every Sunday when I was growing up, most of the family would go to grandpa Cammarano's house to visit (anywhere from 12-40 people). Grandpa Cammarano would put together a great meal for all. When I was younger, I would spend weekends at his house at times. He spent all of Saturday night preparing the meal for Sunday. I often helped him do whatever he needed (pick fresh vegetables from his garden, grind up bread crumbs, stir the sauces). Back then I did not know it would become my passion as well.
