- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair with our pricing and competitive. We are not always the least expensive, however, our work and expertise are unmatched in the industry. We are a family owned company and here to stay. Also, we warranty all of our products and repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact, we will set up an appointment to come out to your home or business. Most repair jobs can be done at that time. If you are looking for new window coverings, we will help you decide on a product that is right for you and give you a free quote on the spot. You will see samples and be educated on the pros and cons of each product. When we receive your new products we will call to set up a time for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a multi-area Bloomin' Blinds franchisee. As such, we were required to receive extensive training on all aspects of window coverings including repair, which separates us from the other guys. We also attend periodic manufacturer training and certification classes throughout the country.
