The team from Lanier HVAC installed 2 x AC units and 2 x funaces, replacing 40 and 20 year old units. The guys worked hard for about a day and a half to complete the instalation. This included leveling the exterior units on a small hillside. The quotes were fair and competitive. So far, the units are working well. We went with a 2 ton and 3.5 ton Tempstar units with Tempstar furnaces (and a Honeywell Steam Humidifier for winter use). Will update again after using the furnaces for winter.
