We had a really great experience with Andrade Concrete! We had a concrete patio installed and love how it turned out. Raul was great to work with from start to finish. He was always responsive, answered all of our questions, and was really helpful throughout the whole process. Andrade Concrete did an excellent job on the concrete pad for my shed. They were professional, communicative, and easy to work with from start to finish. The quality of the concrete work is excellent, and they paid attention to the details to make sure everything was done right.
What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by helping me move the shed off the old location and back onto the new concrete pad after it was finished. That wasn’t something they had to do, but they were happy to help, and I really appreciated it.

With my move in process it’s been a struggle scheduling people for specific things I’ve needed done. This company made a super big project really easy to schedule and get done. Even when I had a whole shed stuck in my driveway due to scheduling problems, they were still willing to work around it. Absolutely recommend them for any concrete work you would need done. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with setting up a date and time that works for them to start an estimate. Then we proceed to hearing them out and paying close attention to all the details . We normally draw a sketch up to insure we are both on the same page. Once hired we ask for an upright percentage of the total cost . I like to give my customers receipts and make sure we have the total cost written to make them feel comfortable. If anything changes,I like to make sure my customer knows of it.Once job is completed,we let the customer know and make sure they are satisfied.

Worked for Brightview Landscaping for 7 years. Gaines lots of experience and training while working with them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should think through their budget, an idea of what they have in mind, and time frame they would like their project to be completed.
