- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with setting up a date and time that works for them to start an estimate. Then we proceed to hearing them out and paying close attention to all the details . We normally draw a sketch up to insure we are both on the same page. Once hired we ask for an upright percentage of the total cost . I like to give my customers receipts and make sure we have the total cost written to make them feel comfortable. If anything changes,I like to make sure my customer knows of it.Once job is completed,we let the customer know and make sure they are satisfied.

Worked for Brightview Landscaping for 7 years. Gaines lots of experience and training while working with them.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should think through their budget, an idea of what they have in mind, and time frame they would like their project to be completed.
