- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kernacopia is a group of seasoned professionals. Our work is fairly priced and all deliverables are communicated thoroughly in our quotes. Our proprietary process management system serves as a primary tool to quote, process and invoice projects. We know your budget is important so unlike many other design and marketing firms, we don't believe in "creeping costs" that end up as a surprise to you, our valued client. If the scope of the project changes to where more time will be required to complete the new requests, a change order will be communicated and approved by our client prior to the work being performed—remember, no surprises! All projects are quoted considering your specific preferences, content, size parameters, copy support needs, visual brand asset availability and other design nuances required for a successful outcome. We listen to your needs, discuss options, provide a detailed, comprehensive proposal for review and approval and, once approved, we get to work to meet your timeline!
