FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re as inexpensive as possible while being fair and reasonable to ourselves as well as our clients. Our workmanship stands on its own though.. Once the final result is seen, the price will be nothing but a number their proud of!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally try to not waste anybody’s time.. so if I can give you an estimate based off of pictures, I will try my best to get some to something that works for everybody, but I’m not above and in fact happy to meet with customers prior and our eyes in the job especially with larger projects in order to start forming a relationship and get a better idea of their wants and needs. I do prefer to make a visit in most cases..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked on decks, docks, fences, etc.. since I was 13yr old helping my grandfather. As he was a handyman and a brilliant one at that.. I went to school, did some college.. but I ended up working for a General Contractor building new custom builds as well as multi million dollar remodels.. so I know how to build a house from dirt to drywall.. that said, I’ve always preferred woodwork and carpentry as well as the outdoors! So when I started in my own.. this is the route I chose.. so I learned hands on. There’s nothing I let my crews build that I haven’t personally built prior.
