- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible with regards to pricing. It depends on the length of lesson & distance I have to drive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk to them - get a feel of their situation & level of tennis, understand what they want to achieve, help them figure out their strengths & weaknesses with the goal of helping them improve as quick as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been exposing myself to different tennis drills & teaching techniques through attending a variety of tennis camps.
