- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the level of service you want/need/request calls are typically once per week. calls can be 30-40 or 50-60 minutes services can include email, text, and life-space interview phone calls between regularly scheduled sessions Depending on your needs and how much/quickly you want to make changes/ achieve your goals the price can range from $300 to $600 per month, prepaid monthly with the guarantee described above.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial phone consultation to begin to see if we're a fit. If I think I can help you and that you are ready to take the action steps that are required to make coaching successful, the next step is an initial free coaching session. We set up and schedule that during our initial consultation. You come to the session with an issue upon which to be coached and an assignment formulated in collaboration during the consultation. You get an experience of a live coaching session with me, on an issue for which you have prepared. Regardless of whether we continue with a coaching agreement, you will have the opportunity to gain insight and movement on an issue relevant to your current situation. The first coaching session is always free. If we continue, we agree on the terms and purpose of the coaching and I will provide an outline of the steps of the typical session. What to talk about and how to be prepared for each session. You will send me prep notes for each session. This helps your get focused to maximimize the value to you and help me prepare to address what is most important to you at the time. I ask for a monthly term which can be renewed month to month. You prepay per month and I offer a satisfaction guarantee month to month. If you are not completely satisfied with the value you have received for any month of coaching, I will refund your full fee for that prepaid month. You must keep your agreements to qualify for this satisfaction guarantee. As you know, you have to do the work to get the results you desire.
