- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't. Every deal comes down to a fixed price. We like to work that way. It protects the customer and forces us to exceed their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. You can't perform in this industry unless you're constantly learning. We learn on our own though, through books, online resources, experimenting, and in the course of building large systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was 15, because I loved the challenge (and art) of controlling a machine with software you could write yourself.
