Kevin responded immediately by phone to my message and came to check our dryer the same day. He was extremely courteous and professional. After discussing the problem with the dryer and the parts needed for the repair, we opted to buy a new dryer. We would definitely call Kevin again and would highly recommend him!! What a knowledgeable guy to work with and very personable!

Kevin does outstanding work. Even when I needed to make last minute arrangements to have someone at my house to meet him, Kevin took the reins of my ice maker situation and got the job done. He even made a quick trip to get some missing hardware, returning quickly and finishing up. If/when I have more issues to fix, I will contact Kevin.
