Olympia W. says, "My HVAC hadn’t worked in over 5 years. I’ve had at least 3 other techs tell me different stories about why they couldn’t get it running that all led to them trying to sell me an overpriced system in the end. I thought the system might be a lost cause, but with the heat being the way it has been lately, I had to try again. Within 5 minutes of Kelly actually putting his hands on the unit, I heard fans blowing and motors turning, which is something the last technician couldn’t do in 5 hours. Not only did he diagnose the simple problems (blown fuses, loose wires), he suggested possible future maintenance the system may need due to such lengthy inactivity. I’ll definitely have him coming back out because I completely agree with his assessment on how the unit is running and cooling. He mentioned that there may be clogs in the lines that would need to be cleared and that could be contributing to the haywire readings he was getting off of the unit. He was polite, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made you feel at ease that you could absolutely trust him with whatever HVAC problem he was there to fix. He kept me in the loop and explained things every step of the way. He listened to me/the client. When I said I smelled heat when he was only running the fan, he immediately shut off the system and found the issue right away. He didn’t try to explain it away. He didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me on unnecessary equipment or services. He didn’t do the “This is urgent! You need to do this now if you don’t want big problems” scare technique that so many people use. I had a problem and he came and fixed it. Without a doubt, will definitely hire him again."See more
