- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been into fitness and wellness. When I was diagnosed with and underactive thyroid 9 years ago I was determined to learn ways in which I could change my diet in order to have more energy for my everyday endeavors. A midst becoming an overall healthy and active individual, many people began to take notice and ask for my assistance in helping them lose weight and reach overall fitness goals! Ever since then I've been training and helping individuals reach their personal wellness goals!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have coached individuals from all walks of life, all sizes, and both genders. my repertoire of clients has definitely been diverse.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always speak to the inquired trainer first and make sure he is professional. Being approachable, knowledgeable, and personable is always important when coaching someone.
