Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I let my clients release stress through boxing and martial arts training while getting them in to the best shape they have ever been in. I also incorporate a lot of free weight training which uses multiple muscle groups and gives a better overall result. I am not one of the usual gym trainers who puts you on the machines and watches the clock constantly. That is a waste of time. I like my clients to get the most out of our sessions. I like to teach the correct technique and movement so that they can succeed. I enjoy seeing my clients succeed and progress through training.

I used Nick's services as a personal and group fitness trainer for several years. In that time we've done one on one basic physical fitness, boxing, and Body Combat. He is a fantastic mentor, ensuring safety and results.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I frequently study continuing education courses for my fitness certifications, and I'm always looking for new ways to do an exercise or new ways to work a muscle. Variety is very important to avoiding complacency in a workout plan.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important thing about a new diet or exercise program is consistency. If you are seeing results on a new diet or routine, but it's making you miserable with bland food or a boring workout, then sooner or later you'll reject that new plan because we all need to love what we're doing in order to stick with it. That's why I change my workouts as frequently as possible, to get results and to KEEP them.
