Paul, We would really like to thank you for all the help that you have provided to us recently. We were worried that we had lost so much information but you were able to get us back up and running- with nothing lost!!! I contacted Paul because my computer was slow and I was getting numerous error messages. I admit that I am no computer whiz. I needed professional help and thats exactly what I got! Paul cleaned out all of the junk that had accumulated on my computer over time. My computer did not have any viruses. It just needed maintenance and I did not have the time or know-how to scan and clean my computer properly. Paul spent several hours working on my laptop, and let me tell you, it was well worth the money! Its amazing how much faster my computer is running now. So if youre like me and you dont have the time, patience, or smarts to diagnose and fix your computer problems, then Paul is your guy. What can I say about Paul of Hart's PC Repair. Is love to strong of a word? I don't think so, because he is wonderful. Paul handles all of my computer issues for my business. He understands how important it is to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible. He is willing to work around my schedule, and has been in my office on Sundays before to keep from interrupting my work. Amazingly enough he has been able to keep a dinosaur working for me. That statement alone says enough. Thanks Paul!!!!!

How to describe Paul? He is soft spoken, extremely knowledgeable and a gentlemen. He not only helped me with my office computers, he also cleaned out a very messed up home computer. Thank God someone out there really cares and knows what he is doing. I thought for sure I was going to have to get a new computer, but no Paul fixed it. I also found out he is a Veteran, so lets give back, for what he gave us. I promise you won't be sorry!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this field you have to. We deal with a lot of different types of software and have to be familiar with different brands and types of computers. We always attempt to attend any useful webinars given by various vendors.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was really impressed by the remote support side of computer repair. I had a problem with an antivirus program and the company remotely fixed the problem. I was watching them on the screen and I thought how cool that was that this person was somewhere in the United States and they were fixing my computer without me having to unplug or take it somewhere.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Removing fake antivirus programs and speeding up slow computers.
