    I have been using Harts PC Repair for 8 years. From the first interaction 8 years ago, they have provided prompt, reliable, and excellent same day service to fix my computer problems. You don't have to drive to drop off your computer, then wait weeks to get it back.     Paul did a great job. I never had to leave the house and he did it remotely with no problems a all. It was quick and easy and very affordable compared to many other repair companies out there. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this field you have to. We deal with a lot of different types of software and have to be familiar with different brands and types of computers. We always attempt to attend any useful webinars given by various vendors.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was really impressed by the remote support side of computer repair. I had a problem with an antivirus program and the company remotely fixed the problem. I was watching them on the screen and I thought how cool that was that this person was somewhere in the United States and they were fixing my computer without me having to unplug or take it somewhere.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Removing fake antivirus programs and speeding up slow computers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Setting up a new version of software for a client who wasn't able to share their ticket information between employees previously. One of the laptops has a heat issue and will occasionally reboot causing their ticket information to be lost. We fixed it by upgrading their current software and putting them on a centralized network drive which solved a bunch of problems.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask plenty of questions. References can also help.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much we care about helping them with whatever computer problem they're having.
