- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this field you have to. We deal with a lot of different types of software and have to be familiar with different brands and types of computers. We always attempt to attend any useful webinars given by various vendors.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was really impressed by the remote support side of computer repair. I had a problem with an antivirus program and the company remotely fixed the problem. I was watching them on the screen and I thought how cool that was that this person was somewhere in the United States and they were fixing my computer without me having to unplug or take it somewhere.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Removing fake antivirus programs and speeding up slow computers.
