Introduction: Simply put my drawings work, I have experience from both sides. From the design and drawing of the plans and the construction side of build from plans. I apply those learned skills in my designs so there are no onsite issues when construction begins. Knowing that I have satisfied another clients is what I like most about my jobs. Residential design plans are $0.25 a square foot under roof. This includes: - Dimensioned Floor Plan (with opening sizes) - 2 Elevations or Front elevation and roof plan Additional drawings can be completed and cost an additional $0.10 per drawing. Example: - Additional Elevations - Roof Plan - Electrical Plan - Plumbing Plan - Foundation Plan - Additional details Plan - ect.
