I am a small security alarm business owner in the Atlanta, Ga. market since 1997. In our initial inception, we had personnel however we did not have an in-house accounting person to keep track of purchases as well as setup our Quickbook system. Bookkeeping at it's best(Thea Mitchel), came in and not only setup our bookkeeping system, but also our payroll, inventory tracking and 941 and 942 tax forms required by the IRS. Thea has been a tremendous resource and i would highly recommend their services.

Set up Quickbooks online. I wanted someone to teach my wife and me how to maintain QB online but be available for helping through challenges. Thea has great experience, can prepare taxes if needed, and is pleasant to work with. If you are looking for someone that can get you set up and knows what business paperwork is required, she can help. After my first conversation with Thea, I realized that I could do so much more with her help. She is reasonably priced and can do as much as you want her to do beyond your initial request. She is an excellent service pro. Met her on Monday and results began to happen right away. She is someone you should talk to before making a decision. You will be glad you did!

My experience with Ms. Mitchell was great! She has a very warm and welcoming personality and she makes you feel comfortable . I was completely lost in what to do but she knew exactly what I needed and delivered it quickly, and at a very reasonable price. Not only did she help me get what I needed, she showed me everything she did so I was not lost trying to keep up with what she was doing I knew what was going on every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a tax preparer this upcoming tax season.
