E&S appliance repair, On 8-14-13 Eddie came to my house at 1061 Eagle's Brooke Dr, Locust Grove, GA 30248 to service my Fisher and Paykel washer. I was told I had a 30 day labor warranty. He had to come back a second time to determine what the problem was according to the code the washer was giving. He determined, with the help of a call to some kind of specialist, that it was a water valve. It wasn't clear if it was a cold water or hot water valve. He finally determined which one it was and the part was ordered. It was to be in within a week. It didn't. I called many times to check on it. Last week I got a call that it was back ordered and you hadn't been told this when the order was placed. I was supposed to receive a call from you Thursday to let me know when I can expect it in; supposed to be overnighted to me. No one called and I have been trying to reach someone since then. There has been no one to answer my calls or return my calls. I have been without a washer for over a month. My 30 day labor warranty is now over. No one will return my calls. I would really appreciate it if someone will call me and let me know the status of the part for my washer.

E & S appliance repair was called/scheduled as a result of an extended warranty plan that I have with KitchenAid. They came out to my home on June 26th for the service call-- our issue with our freezer could not be fixed as a part needed to be ordered. Technician, Eddie, gave me his business card and told me to expect a call in a few days with the status of part ordered and the scheduling of the next visit to replace part (he did tell me that if I did not hear from them, that I should call). No phone call was ever received, and I finally called after the July 4th holiday. I left messages on their Voicemail July 7 and 8th and not one call was returned, I had to keep calling them, only to be told that "they were waiting on a list of parts that was suppose to come in and when they get the list they would call". No call was ever made to me from this company. Per the extended warranty company, they had to give E & S time to "fix" my problem since they said they ordered the part. On Aug 1st --I still had no resolution to my problem and NO communication from E&S. I called the warranty guys and demanded another service provider to come out. The second service provider came today and fixed our issue within 10 minutes of arriving into my home (because they actually stock parts in their trucks). Moral of the story--I can not recommend E&S Appliance Repair to anyone; because of the lack of customer service I experienced with them.

The work they did for me originally back in March was good. Took time to repair and came out a couple times afteward to resolve continuing problems with the washer. The problem has returned, and after two calls, i still have not heard anything back from them. Part is still under warranty. Not impressed that they do not seem to want come back out to see what is wrong now.

Customer has had numerous issues with washer due to coins and other small items getting stuck in diverter hoses, drain hoses and motor pump. We have been out to home on every issue she has called about. We have even been out and only charged for parts and not labor. I have left messages on voicemail and have not recieved a return call. We try to satisfy all our customers.

I was told that my oven was unrepairable. I called E & S Appliance. Not only were their prices fair but they had it up and running. I will definitely use them again
