FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching and reading the latest news in fitness. It's very important to keep abreast of new developments in order to be able to give my clients new tools and knowledge to be successful.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I love fitness...and enjoy helping others, I decided to become a personal trainer to do what I love, enjoy and have a passion for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, it is very important that anyone who trains you is certified and accredited by a national accredited organization such as the NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) . Secondly, there are many "Personal Trainers" but....very few "Master Fitness Trainers". To carry the elite Master Fitness Trainer status means I am an advanced certified specialist in Weight and Resistance Training, Endurance Training and Fitness Nutrition. So, what does that mean for you? That means I have the advance knowledge, skills and experience to help you reach your maximum fitness potential. And with over 15 years of personal training, you can be sure to achieve fantastic results!!
