- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on cost per inch. The diameter of the base of the stump is multiplied by the cost per inch. Multiple stumps will lower the cost per inch. A free estimate is provided and we will beat competitors pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An estimate will be provided along with pictures of the project and simple terms and conditions. Once customer agrees with estimate they will accept it electronically and will be contacted to schedule services. It’s the customer’s preference to be present for an on site estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with tree professionals. The best training has been hands on. Otherwise there are not any certification requirements.
