Drain backed up. He told my husband over the phone that he would unblock through the clean-out outside for $100 and wouldn't need to come inside. When he finally showed up the next day (afternoon), he said he was going to use snaking method through toilets and bath and shower drains. I knew right away that his plan would not solve the problem. He said if I wanted him to go through the clean-out, it would be $300.
