- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
F.A.A.S. our prices or based off of the need of the customer and the frequency for each job. For example if a customer want a job weekly would have a lower rate than monthly due to the more we come the less work have to been done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of working with new customers is as follows, I like to do a phone call to get a clear understanding of your needs, we give a tentative set price over the phone based off what the customer tell the needs are. I then schedule to come to your home or office to do an estimate to ensure price is accurate. If customer agree we can start then and there are schedule for a date that works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
F.A.A.S believes in being knowledgeable about the latest chemicals, outbreaks, and techniques to ensure that a job well done at all time. We are partnered with ISSA to know the latest information.
